For ICF, EMCC, and independent coaches

180 talents and a deep personality profile — for you and every client

A computed 180-talent profile with an AI Mentor that already knows it. Use it on yourself, and let clients bring theirs into session — client-owned, consent-based, compatible with ICF and EMCC client-autonomy standards.

  • Full 180-talent profile, each scored 0–100
  • AI Mentor pre-loaded with the profile — reflection between sessions
  • Client-led flow: your client owns the profile and shares it by consent
Sound Familiar?

You want depth — and room to explore it

The tools your clients walk in with tend to fall short in the same place.

Hand a client a four-letter type, and by the second session there's nothing left to say about it.

The depth you can actually coach with — month after month — was never going to come from a ten-minute quiz.

A verdict closes the conversation. You've wanted something that keeps opening it.

The real shifts happen between sessions — and most tools give your client nothing to take there.

What you get

What Innate Q gives you and your clients

The concrete pieces your client gets — and that you can build a coaching plan around.

A full 180-talent profile

Birth data plus a life-context questionnaire (8 core questions, 25 optional, essay-style) produce a map of 180 talents, each scored 0–100. The client completes it and owns the account; you see only what they choose to share.

An AI Mentor, available 24/7

Loaded with the client's full 180-talent profile, it answers their questions in their own words — so momentum doesn't have to wait for your next calendar slot.

A development library to coach from

Ten mastery levels and curated reading for every one of the 180 talents, plus daily AI insights — a concrete development path, not a one-page summary.

A client-led, consent-based flow

The client onboards, the client grants you access, you discuss it together in session. No coach-administered testing, no diagnostic posture.

Inside one talent

A precise, individual profile — not a personality bucket

8 mandatory + 25 optional questions across 5 categories

Essay-style questions your client completes themselves — we never ask the coach to fill anything on their behalf. The client's AI Mentor draws on these answers together with the 180-talent profile; you see the results only if and when the client shares them.

How it works

How it works — ICF-compatible, client-led

The client drives every step. You're invited in by them, not the other way around.

  1. 01

    Your client onboards

    01 · Client

They create their own account, enter their birth data, and complete the questionnaire. The profile is generated and stored under their account — not yours.

  2. 02

    Your client shares with you

    02 · Consent

When they're ready, they share their profile with you from inside the app. Sharing is explicit, and the client can withdraw access at any time.

  3. 03

You discuss it together in session

    03 · Session

The profile becomes a conversation starter — a structured map you both look at. You bring your coaching practice; Innate Q brings the self-knowledge layer.

Innate Q is a self-knowledge tool that supplements your coaching. It is not a coaching credential, not a psychometric instrument, and not a substitute for your professional training.

AI Mentor

These are the questions your clients will actually be asking

"Which of my talents shows up most when I'm under pressure?"

"I have a decision coming up — what does my profile suggest I weigh?"

"My coach and I are exploring leadership — which of my talents are relevant here?"

"What's a blind spot I might want to bring to my next session?"

"Where do I tend to over-rely on one strength?"

Pre-loaded with the profile, ready 24/7

The AI Mentor offers open prompts based on the client's own 180-talent profile. The client owns the conversation — they can share it with you in session if they choose.

Position it as a supplemental reflection tool between sessions, never as a replacement for your coaching work or your professional training.

  • Grounded in the client's own profile
  • Open prompts, not directives
  • Client owns the conversation
  • Can be shared with you in session at the client's discretion

Disclaimer: The AI Mentor is a reflection tool. For major life decisions, also consult qualified advisors.

Clients can show their AI Mentor conversations to you in session if they choose to — they own the conversation.

Daily AI Insights

Daily practice for your client — material for your sessions

Once a day, the app generates a fresh insight grounded in your client's 180-talent profile and life context. Each one ends in small, doable tasks — so the work continues between sessions, and the results come back into the room with you.

Every insight comes with four kinds of small tasks

Notice

An observation task — the client spots the talent at work in their day. Awareness first.

Try

A small first action. Low effort, doable today — momentum between sessions.

Push Limits

A step just beyond the comfortable — exactly the kind of move worth debriefing in session.

Challenge

A bigger dare for the weeks with energy to spare.

Insights are AI-generated and refreshed daily. 30 days are included with the profile; ongoing access is an optional subscription inside the app — the client's choice, like everything else.

AI Comparison

A conversation starter your client chooses

Your client places their 180-talent profile next to a public figure who resonates with them — or, by mutual consent, next to another Innate Q user. You explore the result together in session.

180
talents, side by side

Both profiles layered on one chart. The AI narrative explains alignment and divergence — concrete threads to pull on in session.

AI
narrative report + follow-up

A written breakdown the client can bring to session — and unpack further with their AI Mentor between sessions.

100+
curated public figures

Well-documented public biographies across science, business, art, and sport. The client picks who resonates; you explore why.

A reflective device, not an assessment — never a benchmark, a ranking, or a measure of your client's worth. Each comparison uses one AI request from the client's balance.

Research validation

Validated against documented biographies of 269 public figures

Independent biographers ranked all 180 talents for 269 well-documented public figures. Innate Q's computed profile aligned with their ranking at a level within the range commonly seen for peer-rated and supervisor-rated personality instruments.

269
Public figures sampled

Each ranked across all 180 talents by independent biographer agents grounded strictly in published biographical literature.

r ≈ 0.46
Construct validity (adaptive)

Within the range commonly seen for peer-rated and supervisor-rated personality instruments in academic literature. Higher than self-IQ ↔ measured IQ (~0.35).

82.5%
Per-figure wins vs random

Innate Q's profile beat three random baselines per person. t = +17.04, p < 10⁻⁴⁰.

r = 1.00
Test-retest reliability

Deterministic by construction. The profile doesn't drift between Tuesday and Friday like a self-report instrument.

The validity findings summarised above are internal research findings.

Why coaches choose it

Built to sit in a coaching practice

Four reasons coaches keep it in their practice — not what's in the box, but why it earns its place.

Depth other tools don't reach

180 individually-scored talents — a continuous, high-resolution map you and the client can keep returning to for months, where a quick test hands over one label and stops.

It opens the conversation, not closes it

A verdict ends the work. A 180-dimension profile keeps surfacing new threads to pull on — fresh, specific ground for the next session, and the one after that.

Safe under your credential

Client-led and consent-based by design: you reference a tool your client owns instead of administering a test — which keeps you clean within ICF and EMCC autonomy standards.

Validation you can point to

When a client asks whether it's real: computed from their birth data and benchmarked against the documented biographies of 269 public figures — the same profile every time, so the ground doesn't shift mid-engagement.

Pricing

Calculated once. Valid for life

For your own profile or a client's. A one-time purchase — the 180-talent map doesn't expire, drift, or require retesting.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Innate Q replace coach certification?

No. Innate Q does not certify coaches and is not a substitute for ICF, EMCC, or any other credential. It's a self-knowledge tool your client uses and that you can discuss with them in session. Your training, credential, and supervision stay entirely separate — and we recommend keeping them that way.

How does the Partner Program work?

You apply by email. Once approved, you can earn either through a unique referral link (commission on each sale) or by buying activation codes at a partner discount and reselling at your own rate — your choice based on how you work with clients. There's no upfront cost, no exclusivity, and you can stop any time. Approved partners also get a discount on one profile for their own use. Full terms — including commission rates and code-pack pricing — are shared at approval. Email partners@innateq.ai to apply.

Who owns the client's profile?

The client. They create their own account, enter their own birth data, and complete the questionnaire themselves. You see their profile only if and when they choose to share it from inside the app, and they can withdraw that access at any time.

Is Innate Q a psychometric assessment?

Our internal validation study evaluates the tool psychometric-style — construct validity (r ≈ 0.46 against independent biographical assessment) and deterministic repeatability (r = 1.00 by construction) — but the tool itself is a self-knowledge framework, useful as a supplemental conversation starter in coaching, not as a formal clinical or industrial assessment of your client.

Can I use this with ICF or EMCC clients?

Yes. The flow is client-led and consent-based, which fits ICF and EMCC client-autonomy standards. The client onboards, the client grants you access, and you discuss the profile together. You're not administering a test — you're referencing a tool your client chose to share.

Do I need to buy anything to join the Partner Program?

Joining is free — there's no upfront cost. The referral-link path requires no purchase at all. If you prefer the code-resale path, you buy activation codes at a partner discount only after approval, in batches that fit your client volume. Approved partners also get a discount on one profile for their own use, so you can experience exactly what your clients will.

What if my client wants to stop sharing their profile with me?

They can withdraw access at any time from their own account. We don't notify you separately — the share simply ends. This is by design: the client controls access, always.

What if my client doesn't have an exact birth time?

Time of birth substantially improves precision on a subset of the 180 talents — though an inaccuracy of 5–10 minutes is usually not significant. Most people can find it on their birth certificate or hospital records. If exact time isn't available, the calculation still runs with reduced resolution on the affected talents. The Gold tier ($500) includes a birth-time rectification process to the exact minute.

How does Gold birth-time rectification work?

Your client completes an extensive questionnaire about life events, which our specialists then analyse manually within the suspected time window.

Give your clients a profile worth bringing to session

Most coaches want to know the product from the inside before they recommend it. If you're a fit for the Partner Program, approved partners get a discount on one full Innate Q profile for their own use — so you can experience exactly what your clients will.

Innate Q is a self-knowledge tool useful as a supplemental aid in coaching. It is not a coaching certification, not a psychometric or clinical instrument, and not a substitute for professional coaching training, supervision, therapy, or medical advice.
