Innate Q is a platform dedicated to personal growth, self-discovery, and understanding human potential. We strive to create a safe, respectful, and supportive community where all users can explore their talents and connect with others on their journey of self-improvement.

The following guidelines apply to all content and interactions on Innate Q. By using our Services, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Service. Violating these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

1. RESPECT AND KINDNESS

Treat everyone with dignity and respect. Innate Q brings together people from diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences. We expect all users to engage with empathy and understanding.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT

2.1 Hate Speech and Discrimination

We have zero tolerance for content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on:

Race, ethnicity, or national origin
Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
Religion or beliefs
Physical or mental disability
Age
Any other protected characteristic

2.2 Harassment and Bullying

Do not engage in or encourage:

Targeted harassment or intimidation
Cyberbullying in any form
Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
Defamatory or libelous statements
Attempting to contact users who have blocked you

2.3 Violence and Threats

The following is strictly prohibited:

Threats of violence against any person or group
Content that glorifies or promotes violence
Graphic violent or disturbing imagery
Instructions for violent activities
Support for terrorist organizations or extremism

2.4 Self-Harm Content

We care about our users’ wellbeing. The following is not allowed:

Content that promotes or encourages self-harm or suicide
Detailed instructions about methods of self-harm
Glorification of eating disorders or dangerous behaviors

If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to local emergency services or mental health resources. Our AI Mentor cannot provide crisis intervention.

2.5 Sexual and Inappropriate Content

Pornographic or sexually explicit content
Nude or revealing images
Sexual solicitation
Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
Obscene or vulgar language

2.6 Illegal Activities

Content that violates any applicable laws
Promotion of illegal activities or substances
Instructions for illegal activities
Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

3. PROFILE AND PHOTO GUIDELINES

Your profile represents you in our community. Please ensure:

Profile photos should clearly show your face (if you choose to upload one)
No nude, sexually suggestive, or inappropriate images
No photos of children under 18 (unless it’s you at that age)
No violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
No hateful symbols, logos, or imagery
No weapons or hunting imagery
No personally identifiable information visible in photos
No impersonation of other individuals

4. AI MENTOR USAGE

When using the AI Mentor feature:

Remember the AI is not a human and not a substitute for professional help
Do not attempt to manipulate or “jailbreak” the AI
Do not use the AI for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
Do not share personal information about others without consent
Do not request harmful, explicit, or illegal content
Report any concerning AI responses to support

5. FRIEND COMPARISON ETIQUETTE

When using the friend comparison feature:

Only share your personal code with people you trust
Understand that sharing reveals your talent scores and portions of your AI profile
Respect others’ privacy regarding comparison results
Do not share comparison results publicly without consent
Do not use comparison results to harass or demean others
Remember that talent profiles are intended for self-knowledge and personal reflection

6. SPAM AND FRAUD PREVENTION

To maintain a quality community:

No spam, chain messages, or unsolicited advertising
No pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing promotions
No fake accounts or impersonation
No harvesting of user data
No deceptive or misleading content
No commercial solicitation without authorization

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Only share content you own or have rights to share
Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property
Do not copy or redistribute Innate Q’s proprietary content
Report any content that infringes on your intellectual property

8. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Do not share your personal codes publicly
Do not share others’ personal information without consent
Protect your account credentials
Do not post sensitive information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
Respect the privacy settings chosen by other users

9. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

Use the in-app reporting feature to flag content
Contact us at support@innateq.ai for serious concerns
Provide as much detail as possible about the violation
Do not engage with or retaliate against the violator

10. REVIEW TIMELINE

We aim to review reports within fourteen (14) days. Some complex matters may take longer.

11. ENFORCEMENT

Innate Q has a zero-tolerance policy for serious violations of these Community Guidelines. Consequences may include:

Content removal
Warning notification
Temporary suspension of account features
Permanent account termination
Reporting to law enforcement when appropriate
Legal action in extreme cases

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to protect our community, at our sole discretion.

12. SAFETY TIPS

For your safety and wellbeing:

Never share your password with anyone
Be cautious about sharing personal information
Remember that AI-generated content is intended for self-knowledge and personal reflection
Seek professional help for important life decisions
Trust your instincts if something feels wrong
Report suspicious activity immediately
